Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Tejas Veda Ayurveda, we aim to deliver high-quality Ayurvedic wellness products with care, trust, and complete transparency. If your order arrives with an issue, we’ve designed a clear 72-hour return, refund & replacement policy to make the process fair and smooth.
1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
You can raise a return, refund, or replacement request within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
It should be returned with original packaging, invoice, labels, and tags
You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice)
Important:
A clear unboxing video and product images are mandatory for any return, refund, or replacement claim. Requests without valid proof cannot be accepted.
2. Valid Return & Replacement Scenarios
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged, leaking, broken, or tampered
You received a wrong item different from your order
Your order is incomplete or has missing products
Product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery

3. When Returns or Refunds Are Not Accepted
We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements if:
The product is opened, used, partially consumed or tampered
Original packaging or invoice is missing
Request is raised after 72 hours of delivery
Product is returned for personal reasons (taste, texture, side effects, or preference
Shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete
The item is returned without prior approval
The product is a non-returnable personal care item
4. How the Return & Replacement Process Works
Contact our support team with Order ID, issue details, images, and unboxing video.
Our team will verify your claim within 24–48 working hours.
Once approved:
A reverse pickup will be arranged; or
You can self-ship the product (we’ll reimburse up to ₹100 for shipping).
After inspection:
A replacement will be sent, or refund will be processed, (as per your preference).
5. Refund Timelines & Modes
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after verification.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer once inspection is complete.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no cost before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
In rare cases where cancellation is approved after dispatch, a ₹200 deduction will apply.
7. Partial Payments for COD Orders
Any advance or partial payment made for a COD order is non-refundable.
If such an order is cancelled, returned, or undelivered, the advance will not be refunded.
This helps cover our logistics and handling costs.
8. Important Notes & Exceptions
Certain personal care, customized, or perishable items are non-returnable.
Claims without an unboxing video and images will be rejected.
Items returned without prior communication or approval will not be accepted.
